The price of rent is:
* for 1 person,    € 40,- per night.
* for 2 persons,  € 48,- per night.
Ask for a reduction, when staying 1 week (7 nights)  or longer.
Minimum stay is 2 nights

Included in the price of rent are:
* bedlinen, bath towels and kitchen towels.
* electricity, heating, warm and cold water.
* internet / Wifi.

Not included in the price of rent is the cleaning at the end of the rental period.
The cleaning costs are:
– for a weekend stay,   € 10- euro.
– for a week stay,         € 20,- euro.
– for a longer stay,       € 35,- euro.

The garden apartment is at the ground floor and has it’s own entrance.

Garden, facing south (sunside), with terrace and outdoor furniture.

Living area with a sofa and two comfortable chairs.
TV, radio, telephone and internet / Wifi.
Dining table with four chairs.

Kitchen with 4 cookers, a refrigerator, a water cooker,
a coffee machine, a microwave and
good kitchen equipment.

Bathroom with shower cabin, toilet and water basin.
Washing machine.
Bedroom with a double bed  and two wardrobes.

The apartment has got central heating.
Smoking and pets are prohibited.
